REFUND POLICY

30 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

At Maison Saint Rue, we stand behind everything we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason within 30 days of delivery, we will issue you a full refund. No questions asked. Simply contact us at support@maisonsaintrue.com and we will process your refund promptly.

REFUNDS

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

  • You are not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of delivery
  • Your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect

To request a refund, please contact us at support@maisonsaintrue.com with your order number and reason for your request. Once approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

PLEASE NOTE

We do not accept physical returns or exchanges. You are not required to send any item back to us. Refunds are issued directly to your original payment method upon approval.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven't received your refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SALE ITEMS

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

In the event that your order arrives damaged or incorrect in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@maisonsaintrue.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will always work towards a satisfactory solution.
